Specialised accompaniment service

This service depends on the association APAFAC, which is one of the entities composing the Autisme la Garriga’s project (Barcelona. Spain).

Objectives

• Accompanying the families during the medical visits of their children, aiming to help them to achieve the behaviour control necessary for the execution/application of tests or treatments.

Methodology

• Advice the families and professionals who directly accompany the people with autism, by a professional team in the field of psychiatry and psychology
